The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is implementing Kindoo, a mobile-based building access system that replaces key fobs and card readers. This system improves security, simplifies access management, and provides flexibility for both permanent and temporary users.
The transition from key fobs and card readers to Kindoo is driven by:
Improved Security: Lost or duplicated keys are a risk. Kindoo allows instant revocation of access.
Convenience: Unlock doors with your smartphone—no need to carry keys or cards.
Centralized Management: Stake technology specialists and building schedulers can manage access digitally.
Cost Efficiency: Eliminates costs for rekeying and replacing cards.
Flexibility: Temporary access can be granted quickly for events without physical handoffs.
